Ribbon Pakoda



Snacks!!! That too mouth gets watery when we think of Murukku!!!
In this blog I am going to tell you about how to prepare Ribbon Pakoda/Murukku

Ingredients:

Gram Flour – 3 cup
Rice Flour – 1 ½ cup
Carom Seeds (Omam in Tamil) – 1 tsp
Chilli powder – As required
Butter – 50 gms
Salt – As required
Water – to mix

Preparation:

Take vessel put gram flour. Proportions are mentioned above.













Put Rice flour and carom seeds.






 

















Put Red chilli powder, salt and then Butter.
Note: Too much butter will make Murukku soft. But it will also consume more oil.













Pour water as required and mix it nicely. The consistency should be like below. Don’t pour too much of water. It should be how you prepare for Chapatti.













Once the above is ready take Murukku pudi.













Heat oil in a pan and then start preparing it.


Hot Ribbon Pakado is ready to eat:) Yummy!!!
