Cauliflower fry/Chilli Gobi

Chilli Gobi has always been everyone's favourite. Not necessary to always order from restaurtant. In another few minutes you can make one delicious at your home!

I tried in a different way and believe me it is YUMMY.! I loved it very much.

Ingredients

Cauliflower – 1
Chilli powder – as required
Salt – as required
Rice flour – ½ cup
Wheat flour – ½ cup
Garam masala powder – 3 pinches
Water – to boil
Oil – to deep fry

Preparation

Half boil cauliflower in a vessel with little amount of water.

Once that is done allow the cauliflower to cool down. Put salt, chilli powder  and garam masala powder as mentioned above.
Mix rice flour and wheat flour with little amount of water. Add this mixture to cauliflower.
Note: Above mixture should be in liquid state. This is mixed and put in cauliflower since raw flour will not get mixed well.

Keep aside the mixed cauliflower for 5 to 10 mins.
Heat oil in a pan and start frying the cauliflower.

Hot and delicious cauliflower/chilli gobi is ready to eat.  Tomato Sauce is a nice accompaniment.
